About Me
I am experienced Developer and Tech Lead who was seduced by people management side of the force.
Working my whole developer career for Monterail I was responsible for development of multiple different applications, leading teams ranging from just myself to 5-6 people. I was working closely with our clients to ensure the product that is delivered to them is exactly what they need and of an undisputed quality.
Currently occupying position of Head of Back-End I do my best to keep the team of Monterail Back-end developers happy and developing. I already had some nice plans succeeding and other failing but I'm getting better at handling both outcomes.
